The curriculum within my mentorship portal is broken up into 4 main areas which are mental elevation, physical elevation, spiritual elevation, and financial elevation:

Part 1 Mental Elevation: Reprogramming the subconscious mind, getting to the root of trauma, letting go of lack & fear based thinking, releasing unhealthy habits and self sabotaging behaviors, doing shadow work, inner child healing, and learning to be the intentional creator of your reality. Nothing in life changes unless your mind changes. The mind is a muscle that has to be intentionally worked on daily and you are provided with a blueprint to assist you in doing this.

Part 2 Physical Elevation: Transition into a healthy lifestyle with ease. No fad diets, no calorie counting, and no gimmicks. You will be provided with education, meal plans, templates, and resource guides that will help you let go of unhealthy eating habits, get into shape, and hit your weight goals with no gimmicks or restrictive diets. We do group detoxes throughout the year which will further assist you in staying accountable and on track with your healthy lifestyle.

Part 3 Spiritual Elevation: Get to know yourself beyond what you see in the mirror. Expand your consciousness and awareness of self. Cultivate an unconditionally loving relationship with yourself mind, body, and spirit. Learn how to reconnect with your divine feminine sensual energy, follow your intuition and trust your inner guidance.
